Rather than giving direct solutions, coaches assist clients in identifying the most effective route tailored to their needs while also serving as accountability partners to keep things moving forward.

What is leadership coaching?

Yes, absolutely! At Advancing Aspirations, we believe that what is happening outside of your professional life can impact what happens inside it. There is always space to discuss topics such as finances, health and wellbeing and relationships.

Can I talk about things outside of work?

Yes! Please complete the intake survey and select the HR consulting option to get more information. 

Do you offer HR consulting services?

Each coaching session is up to one hour either weekly or biweekly. There may be assignments in between but this is mutually agreed to. Ultimately, time spent on assignments outside of sessions are determined by you. 

What is the time commitment for coaching?

Yes, I offer a leadership intensive session that is a combination of coaching and HR consulting. These sessions are typically 90-60 minutes long and are designed to focus on a particular need or project. Please complete the intake survey to learn more.

I have an immediate need. Can you help me prepare for a big project, presentation or workshop creation?

Individual sessions are available to returning clients following a 3-month engagement. 

What if I only need one coaching session?

Yes! For more information, please complete the survey so we can discuss the scope and rate for the engagement.
