I’ve been in the HR and leadership space for over a decade, supporting everyone from new managers to executive teams across industries. I’ve got the credentials—SHRM-SCP certified, executive coaching diploma from Emory—but more importantly, I bring real-world experience, a people-first approach, and a deep understanding of what it means to lead when the old playbook doesn’t fit.

I actually got my start in HR while studying music production in college. A part-time job in the HR office turned into a career I didn’t see coming, but one that lets me combine my love for people, problem-solving, and helping folks show up authentically in their work.

After years inside the system, I founded Advancing Aspirations because I was tired of seeing leadership development that felt stuffy, outdated, and disconnected from what people actually need. My work is built on real talk, practical support, and the belief that leadership should feel human.
